个人简介

沈晓芳,男,江南大学食品学院教授,博士生导师,分析食品安全学研究所所长,研究方向为食品安全与质量控制,包括食品安全前处理与检测新技术新设备开发、食品及食用农产品质量保证和控制体系建设、功能性食品有效性分析与产品开发。近年来相关研究成果在国内外权威学术刊物上发表60余篇,SCI收录40余篇,授权专利20余件,主持国家自然科学基金面上、青年项目,国家“十三五”食品安全国家重点研发计划项目子课题,江苏省社会发展重大应用示范项目课题,国家“十二五”科技支撑子课题等科学研究项目,获中国轻工业联合会科技进步一等奖、中国商业联合会科学技术一等奖、中国“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛”优秀指导教师等奖励,任二十余种国内外知名学术刊物审稿人,江苏省农垦集团“农产品质量安全控制体系建设”项目负责人。
